Day of Mindfulness

Together, we will have the opportunity to learn and practice sitting, walking, eating and communicating mindfully. A day of mindfulness is a great way to discover meditation, to deepen one’s practice and to see how to integrate it in daily life. It is also just fun and a joyous occasion to connect with mindful friends.
